The Cabin (5 mins from Goodwood & the South Downs)

Just 5 mins from Goodwood, our cosy wooden cabin is set in the South Downs National Park, in a quiet and pretty village. Nestled in a peaceful, private spot at the edge of our garden with lovely views to the open countryside, the cabin gives a feeling of being away from it all and yet is only a 15 min drive to Chichester, a 30 min drive to the sandy beach at West Wittering and just a 3 minute stroll to the village pub. There are lots of lovely walks and cycle routes in the surrounding area.

A newly renovated, 18th Century Grade II listed 3-bed home in the charming village of Singleton in the South Downs, close to Goodwood Racecourse and Motor Circuit. The accommodation offers a versatile space for everyone to enjoy, with plenty of original charm and character, arranged over two storeys. The Little Gaff is a self contained cabin, located in an 'area of outstanding natural beauty' near the picturesque, harbour town of Emsworth. This beautiful harbourside village has many bars and restaurants and is surrounded by stunning countryside and wildlife. Little Gaff is situated in private grounds, on a secluded road, which provides secure accommodation and private parking. The cabin is raised up above road level, allowing spectacular, uninterrupted views across open marshes.

Situated in the grounds of our Victorian family home, the newly converted 'Garden Rooms' occupy a separate self-contained building, furnished to a high standard, and perfect for coupes wishing to enjoy walking, cycling & sailing in the South Downs National Park. The annex has its own driveway and self check-in is via a key box. The Garden Rooms are located in the pretty downland village of West Ashling. There are three local pubs & a restaurant, all within walking distance.
