A beautiful Victorian basement apartment in a perfect location for exploring Dartmoor National Park and the surrounding area by foot, bicycle or car. Fully fitted kitchen, bathroom with walk in shower, and generously sized bedroom. Ash View has underfloor heating to keep you cosy. Sole entry to the apartment is via a set of outdoor stairs. Secure bicycle storage is inside the apartment and a boot room for drying clothing and gear. Art workshops are also available and taught by the host!

Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Cedar Cottage is our family home, set near the coast in the quiet village of Bishopsteignton. The bright and spacious studio room offers wonderful views of the River Teign, with a backdrop of Devon fields; a sunrise to sunset panorama from Shaldon to the hills of Dartmoor. Your open-plan accommodation is south facing with twin beds, sofas, dining table, TV (with freeview channels), WiFi, a well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Light breakfast included/ off road parking/ no cleaning charge.

Our mobile home is set on our smallholding which sits in the Tamar Valley it is an area of outstanding natural beauty. There are lovely walks and amazing views. There is also a lovely village pub The White hart which also serves good food. We are half an hour away from Plymouth ideal for shopping and many attractions Tavistock is a beautiful old market town only 15 minutes drive The Tamar Trails centre has lots of out door fun things to-do as well as lovely walks

Rose Byre is a stunning, recently refurbished barn conversion, set in a pretty walled courtyard with private parking. Ideal for exploring this outstanding area of South Devon. Beesands with its renowned pub & fish restaurant and the coastal path are less than a mile away. The barn is situated approx. 6 miles from Kingsbridge and 8 miles from Dartmouth. Salcombe is easily reached by foot ferry from East Portlemouth 5 miles away.
