This clean, chic Northwest Portland guesthouse is perfect for being close to the action yet staying separate from other people. It’s just right for experiencing the best this city has to offer. Walk to marvelous Forest Park or NW 23rd. Take a short ride to Downtown, The Pearl, The Blazers Rose Garden Arena or the Rose Garden and Japanese Garden in Washington Park! The Guesthouse Getaway was designed and constructed in 2008 to reflect the charm of the property's 1926 main house. Its elevated simplicity is welcoming and homey while still achieving that pristine quality you desire. This upscale lodging is situated in the West Hill's prominent Willamette Heights neighborhood where historic classics meet the urban edge. The best part? The place is all your own! No worries about whether the TV will wake your host; no sounds of snoring will come through the walls; no need to tippy toe around to keep from bothering light sleepers and there will be no wake-up blast of somebody else's alarm clock! Just sweet, sweet privacy. Lighted parking a few steps from the door makes for safe and easy access, and a four number key code allows for arrival at any hour without concern of disturbing your hosts. Enjoy as much tea and coffee as you need to stay comfortably caffeinated. If you're lacking something important like a specialty kitchen gadget, personal item or office supply, let me know I'm happy to help! The garage of the Guesthouse cottage serves as my artist (painting) studio, so I am generally working on the premises if you need me. The Guesthouse Getaway is in a fun area with over fifty exceptional restaurants within a mile of the home. Go for a hike in the surrounding nature, check out some of the breathtaking galleries, and catch a live sporting event or show in the evening. Getting around is easy whether you prefer public transportation (bus stop is 4 blocks away), Uber, Lyft, taxi cabs, rental car, bicycle or foot. Enjoy the use of wifi or hard wire connections for internet access and basic cable TV with STARZ movies channels. Immerse yourself in the timeless beauty of this completely renovated mid-mod marvel, where high vaulted open beamed wood ceilings adorn every room on the main floor. This house is perfect for friend groups, families or corporate retreats. Note: 4 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 kitchen.

Loft in Kenton- Hot tub, MAX line, Weed friendly

House with 650 sq ft and patio to yourself. The loft, with vaulted ceilings and beautiful tile and woodwork throughout, is settled behind the main house, and includes a comfortable king bed, modern decor, fold down couch, well functioning kitchen, and access to hot tub. Kenton has great food, retail shops, and bars two blocks away, and guests are a short MAX train ride to Downtown. LGBTQ+ and rec. marijuana friendly. This home is not suitable for any guests under 18. Please read pet policy.

New ADU in NoPo!

Located in the friendly, walkable neighborhood of Kenton, this ADU is a five minute drive off of I-5, a 5-10 walk to the nearest bus lines and MAX station, and a block-and-a-half away from the central Denver St. commercial zone of Kenton with access to restaurants (Vietnamese, Thai, Mexican, soul food, pizza, pub food), coffee shops, library, and convenience store. Fred Meyer and New Seasons grocery stores are close by. The ADU has a double bed, memory foam mattress, and a white noise machine.

Hidden Garden Cottage

This 850 sf. cottage is a century old but was completely updated 12 years ago with era-appropriate furnishings, giving it a period (and safe) feel. Breakfast goodies, art, books, and a woodstove make it cozy. It sits on half an acre so lots of room for kids . It's in SW Portland, minutes from downtown. It's quiet, great for working or vacationing. An outdoor fire pit and gardens make it unique. There's even a zip line for kids. Family gatherings also fine. (Note: There is a $60 fee per dog.)

Okay, well, it's a stream, but it's all yours to enjoy. For the nature lovers we have deer, beavers, ducks, nutria, fish, etc. (think wetlands). For everyone, the house (duplex) is fully equipped with a fireplace, BBQ, hot tub central gas heat and central AC. This is a bright, clean and cozy space to land for folks who love the suburbs (not in the city city but we are close drive to the city center) but want to be surrounded by nature. With ambient noise from the creek and highway.

Amazing Portland West Hills Home

Stonehaven is a unique Artsy home in the forested West Hills 6 miles from downtown Portland. Perfect for family and friends traveling together. Sleeps up to 15 with 6 bedrooms, 10 beds & 3 baths. Host lives on premises. Not a party house. Please note that the February wind and ice storms destroyed the back yard pond. The back porch is still usable, but has the "beauty" of the destruction of nature and not the beauty of the hard work of creating an elegant landscaped pond.
