Kitchenette has microwave, fridge, dishwasher, kettle & toaster and coffee machine. Free Wi-Fi. Car parking available on request for a small fee. Walking distance to Salamanca.

Past the second garage doors is a private narrow courtyard. Fast fibre optic internet, suitable for video or business, ensure the router is turned on in the studio. Off street free parking.

Red Chapel Retreat

This is an architecturally designed dwelling, completed in February 2018. The accommodation provides a beautiful and unique place to stay for those wishing to visit Tasmania. Situated amongst the stunning suburb of Sandy Bay, you will be 5 to 10 minutes drive from Hobart City, historic Salamanca and Battery Point. As soon as you walk through the large tas oak front door, you are rewarded with views of the River Derwent, Wrest Point, Tasman Bridge and stunning Kunanyi/Mt Wellington.

Jan's Studio has a cosy queen sized bed, and a small lounge-kitchen space equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. There is WiFi and off-street parking. The space is a separate dwelling looking onto a beautiful garden. It is set in a peaceful neighbourhood and is a short walk to local parks, cafes, and restaurants. Jan's studio lies at the foot of kunanyi/Mount Wellington, and is less than 3 km to Hobart and Salamanca, with its popular Saturday market.
