We offer a private studio apartment located on the second floor of this wonderfully restored 2 unit carriage house, built in the early roarin' 20's! It offers a blend of modern amenities, with more traditional countryside accents. The traditional design of the studio allows light to pour through the apartment, while making adjustments for sleeping in easy. This truly unique space is a perfect place to take a weekend to relax, and enjoy our exterior grounds!

We are conveniently located 5 mins from thruway North and South, HITS horse show, restaurants, shopping and everything else that Saugerties has to offer. A scenic 10 min drive will take you to Kingston or Woodstock, and approx. 30 mins away from Windham and Hunter Mountain Ski resorts.

Perched on top of Ohayo Mountain we are just 5 minutes drive from the heart of Woodstock Village. The views are as good from the living room as they are from the king bed in the primary bedroom. With multiple outdoor seating areas and a firepit you can make yourself at home both inside and out!

Our streamside cottage is located on a five acre property under a mile to the center of Woodstock. The Sawkill Stream is your backyard with plenty of beautiful trees and meadows your front yard. The Wood House

The Wood House is a 19th century farmhouse steps from the Kaaterskill Creek. In 2020 it was renovated from top to bottom including a fully equipped Kitchen, all new Bath and Powder Room, geothermal heat and central air and a wood burning stove for cozy winter visits. The location is central to Saugerties, Catskill, Kingston, Hudson and Woodstock and Catskill Park.
