This self-contained unit is an annex to our own house so we are available to welcome you, offer advice or help you plan your stay. The accommodation is on 2 floors with the lounge/kitchen area, and bathroom + shower downstairs, and a large, double bedroom upstairs, 2 sofa beds + child's sofa bed. It is comfortable for 2-4 people but can sleep up to 5 people with two single sofa beds downstairs. If you need an extra bed, a double bedroom is available in the house. Small charge for a fifth adult

Relax with the whole family at this lovely place to stay. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, this house is also perfectly placed for easy access for public transport (tram/bus) to Mcr city centre, both Utd and City’s grounds, Co-op Live and Mcr Arena and Mcr Airport. It’s a few minutes walk to the local shops and also only a 15 minute walk to restaurants, cafes and pubs. This house has a pull out double sofa bed so it can house up to six guests comfortably. We are also situated 50 minutes to manchester and the lake district and 25 minutes to Blackpool
