Eco self contained cottage in a garden.

This mini 1 bedroom house was our trial run in building our main home using passive house principles. We are approx 1 km from the centre of Westbury in a rural location. (You may be lucky enough to sight some of our local wildlife during your stay! ) The cottage is suitable for a couple, however the extra single bed does enable some flexibility for guests.(i.e. if you wish to use both beds, please book for 3 people.) We provide a library of information about sustainability for guest perusal.

You can lie in bed and take in the panoramic views across beautiful kanamaluka/Tamar River to the hills beyond and the glittering lights of the city at night. A lovely continental breakfast with homemade bakery items will set you up for a day of sight seeing.

Studio Apartment with private entry. 5 min walk to Cataract Gorge , 15 mins walk or 5min drive to the City. Due to proximity to Gorge the streets are quite steep. Being an Uber Driver Patrick also offers great value Airport pickup/drop-off and local taxi service

A self-contained studio apartment which has just been fully renovated. Located close to the CBD, the studio is suitable for couples or single travellers, and is ideal accommodation whether visiting for business or leisure. It’s a great base from which to explore Launceston and it’s surrounds. The studio has a compact, well equipped kitchen. Stylish Scandinavian furniture provides comfort when it’s time to relax. Milk, bread and jam provided for breakfast.

Restored century old cottage set on very private 30 acres with direct walking access to the adjoining majestic Lalla Flower Farm (100 acres of historic gardens). Situated just 20 minutes drive from Launceston and 2 mins from the amenities of the village of Lilydale in the heart of the Tamar Valley wine region. Lalla Flower Cottage is a beautiful country Tasmanian retreat with two cosy living spaces with wood fires, privacy and loads of charm.
