There is a train station in walking distance and a pub in the heart of the village. This self contained house has a lovely new bathroom, small dining area that can be used as a workspace. The kitchenette is set up with everything you would need for a short stay: an electric hotplate, toaster, kettle, fridge and a dolce gusto coffee machine.

Our beautiful 150 year old cottage has unspoilt panoramic views of the Lincolnshire Wolds and it is surrounded by our own farm.There is an abundance of outdoor space, a 7 person hot tub, a small orchard and a fenced front garden with a hammock and garden furniture. We can provide secure storage for bicycles and it is an ideal location for both families and ramblers. Don't forget to look out for our Lincoln Red Cattle. A perfect retreat and an ideal location for families.

Market Rasen racecourse is 10 minutes away. It would suit couples, solo adventurers and business travellers. A selection of breakfast choices will be left in the studio for you to help yourselves to what you like when it suits you.
