Our centrally located cottage is peaceful to relax in & recharge, but conveniently located on the main Rd to Edinburgh. City Centre is 14 miles, Airport & Tram stop 6.7miles & Uphall train station to Edinburgh or Glasgow is 1.9miles away. Motorways linking to most of Scotland are 2/3 miles away. Our home has a well equipped kitchen, fast WiFi 105mbps tested & workstation. There are plenty of local amenities too - Uphall golf course (par 69), shops, cafés, takeaways, supermarkets & cosy pubs.

Beautiful 3 bed cottage based in central Bathgate. Sunnybank cottage is fully fitted out with everything you could require including spacious rooms and a wood burning stove. Free On street parking and a large garden with lots of outdoor space. We are located a 5-minute walk to Bathgate train station. The city centre of Edinburgh is just 20 minutes train journey, with trains every 15 mins. There are also direct trains to Glasgow, only 50 minutes journey. Edinburgh airport is 15 minutes' drive.

The cottage is very quiet with fine views over the forth road bridges to Fife. Free parking and access to electric car charger. Well trained Dogs are most welcome, but there is a charge. An excellent base to discover and explore Scotland. On site we have very friendly black Labrador's named Grace and Belle.

A cute wee historic cottage in the Pentland Hills with magnificent views. This home is one of the few properties inside the Pentland Hills regional park. 30 minutes outside of Edinburgh. Harperrig Reservoir is at your door where you can swim and paddle. Endless walks in the Pentlands. Surrounded by farmland. Sit in the hot tub of an evening and watch the colours change in the hills as the sun sets. And wake in the morning to Nespresso coffee.

If you are looking for a relaxed quiet getaway “The Coach House” is a wonderful choice. The Coach House is within the grounds of Harburn House so is a perfect choice if you are visiting us for an event. The closest train station runs services to both Edinburgh and Glasgow so you will be in a great location for visiting both cities.
