Our 420sqft 1 bedroom tiny home can host up to 3 guests, includes 1 queen bed, 1 sleeper sofa, 1 queen air mattress. The interior of the home features a fully stocked kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. The Mini Melby

Located in a quiet neighborhood on the Space Coast and less than 7 miles to the Indian River and the area's most popular beaches. It may be tiny, but it still boasts amenities that you normally get with a full size rental. These include a full size kitchen and bathroom along with two lofts for a restful night sleep. While it does share the same property with the host, its location provides full privacy and use of the pool and patio.

Our little neighborhood is a hidden gem full of ancient oak trees dripping with Spanish Moss and Southern charm. Take a stroll down to the marina or Rosetter or Houston park and read about the historic homes along the way. Or skip the gym for a 3-mile walk instead, over the Eau Gallie bridge to Canova Beach.
