Self Contained (no smoking), one bedroom accommodation, on the ground floor of our Edwardian House. There is one parking space off-road. There are 6 steps with handrail leading to your own entrance, which may not be appropriate for a frail, elderly person. Located on a busy thoroughfare in the centre of Sutton Coldfield, backing on to Wyndley lake and Park. Very convenient location to walk to shops, restaurants, Sutton park, Leisure centre, train station, cinema and other local amenities.

The bars and restaurants of Stirchley are a few minutes walk, as are bus and train services to the city. Or, relax in your own canal side area with covered seating. As your host, I've curated the space to reflect Birmingham and the apartment is personally managed, so you will always be in direct contact with me.

Are two excellent country pubs right on the doorstep of the property both serve food and a vast selection of drinks. We facilitate Individuals, couples & families at the cottage and do our upmost to supply all the amenities that are required.
