Its a short walk to the typically Cotswold charming village of Bibury and just a short drive from Cirencester, and an 8 minute walk away from Arlington Row, owned by the National Trust, which is one of England’s most iconic and photographed sites, it even appears on the inside cover of UK passports! Use the small house as a base to explore and enjoy a true Cotswold experience.

The Cotswold Wash House nestles in the slopes of the Windrush Valley on the edge of Great Rissington. The village has a manor, church and inn; all the charm of a bygone age. The compact cottage combines antique furniture with modern interior design. You'll find a super kingsize bed with crisp, white cotton bed linen. The kitchen is fully equipped. We provide a generous breakfast hamper which includes: tea, coffee, milk, cereal, bread, eggs, butter, jam, marmalade and some cookies.

Just 5 minutes drive from the historic market town of Chipping Norton, with plenty of shops & relaxing coffee stops. In winter a log burner makes it cosy. There are footpaths 'from the door' and great mountain & road biking too. We love welcoming UK and international guests.

Sans Souci is a bespoke Shepherd's hut, lovingly hand built to an incredibly high spec. Completed in April 2021, it has a double bed, and double sofa bed. There is a well-equipped kitchen, a shower room with sink and compost toilet, and a log burning stove. There are far reaching views of the Cotswold hills, which can be taken in from the South-facing deck. Enjoy al fresco meals, cooking over the fire pit in the garden or walks galore in the local countryside.

Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.

We can accommodate up to 3 adults and 1 baby in a travel cot. We are also dog friendly!

It is a perfect starting point for walking/biking enthusiasts with never ending foot paths and lovely country lanes for biking
