This is a great place to relax and enjoy the sounds of nature after a long day vacationing. Sleeps six with a secure fenced yard for the safety of your pets. Located in beautiful Maitland Canyon with seasonal Falsebottom Creek right off the private back deck featuring a BBQ and outdoor table. We have lived here for 40 years and are still amazed with the beauty of the Northern Black Hills. Close to so much, but with a real connection to the pristine nature that the Black Hills are famous for.

Welcome to the Farmstead. Our 2500 square foot ranch style house has 4 bedrooms, 2 ½ baths, two living rooms and two kitchens. There are two decks and a patio area and a large combo gas/charcoal grill. We are located just east of Hill City with easy access to many of the Black Hills National Forest attractions such as Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse, the 1880 Train, Custer State Park and the Mickelson Trail. This central location allows easy access to everything the Black Hills has to offer.

House on the creek

Amazing Creekside property thats simple and efficient. Centrally located within the Black Hills. Located west of Rapid City approximately 10 miles and approx. 30minutes to Lead, Deadwood, Hill City, Custer, & Mt Rushmore. The sound of the water in the creek, while going to sleep is paradise. Sip on coffee in the mornings on the deck. Wade in the creek while trout fishing. Cross the bridge and venture into the 3 acres that give access to the Black Hills National Forest and multiple trails.

Upper two levels of my four level mid-century modern home with private entrances! Located in a quiet cul-de-sac near the foothills of the Black Hills and ~10 min from downtown Rapid City. This property features ample living space, a fully equipped kitchen with complimentary breakfast, plenty of natural light and a spacious back yard. It includes two bedrooms and one bathroom. I live on the completely separated lower levels of the home so you can enjoy the upper levels all to yourself!

Your own private house that is an extension of our home. Entrance through the stairs connecting to the deck. Located on the Northwest side of town with easy access to the interstate for driving to attractions like Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse , the Sturgis rally, and historic Deadwood. Location, location, location. Hill City is located in the center of the Black Hills and this house is within walking distance of the best parts of Hill City. 40 feet to the world famous Mickelson Trail, 1/2 a block to the 1880s steam train, and 3 blocks to the best restaurant in South Dakota. This home is not too big and not too small. Whether you are doing a couples get away, traveling with kids or your friends this home may be "just right" for you.
