It's the lower level of a 2story house w/private entrance, locked access to upstairs, and backyard is a shared space. Queen Bed, Sofa, 65" TV, Fireplace, Large Bathroom, Walk-Out Deck, Turf Yard. A sweet dog is on the premises. Free street parking.

Quiet, friendly neighborhood. Downtown Denver 15 mins away, Golden 10 mins away, Red Rocks 12 mins away.

Welcome to our private guest suite in Golden, Colorado! Our cozy suite is perfect for 2 adults and 1 child, offering a full private suite with kitchenette. Store your bikes, skies & golf clubs in our lockable shed. Relax in the backyard with a BBQ and outdoor seating. Free parking available in the driveway. Explore nearby mountain bike trails or easily access the freeway for skiing and hiking adventures. Kitchenette amenities include coffee, tea, microwave, and refrigerator.

Mid century Studio

Studio in a mid century style house. Room has a desk, microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. Private bathroom with a ship lap wall. Have AC hooked up for summer! I do control from my side of house. Let me know if it’s too hot. Have a fan to help circulate air based on need from reviews. Won’t provide coffee. Sorry it usually gets old before people use it. Only has one bed!! Also my dog will bark at other dogs/ animals so unfortunately service pets aren’t a great fit. Sorry

Denver, Red Rocks, Green Mnt., Golden Suite

Stay in the perfect location in the middle of it all - 15 minutes to Red Rocks, or downtown Denver; 1.5 hours to Breckenridge or Rocky Mountain National Park! Our guest suite (the bottom level of our home) provides you with a beautiful spot to relax and rest before taking on your next adventure. We live on the upper level and ask that guests respect quiet hours from from 10 pm - 7 am. Guests should anticipate hearing us upstairs during the daytime. All are welcome here.

Cozy Golden Corner- 4 min to Red Rocks/Trails

Family Friendly! The location of the home is ideal - quiet neighborhood on the south end of Golden, away from the bustle of downtown, but only moments away from HWY470, I70, & 6th. Downtown Denver is 15 min, Red Rocks is 4 miles! This is a 3 bedroom + large office space (with pullout), 2 full bath. Closest trail access is less than a mile, we're a 5 minute drive or 10 min bike to downtown Golden and breweries are just 1 mi away. Skiing is max 1 hr from our door.

Central Suite

Central Flat is a 2-level space with stairs leading to the bed and bath on the 2nd floor. Guests with mobility issues and children, please note the stairs. Space is not suitable for children under 12. 1 Queen size bed. It is in a buzzing area. 15-minute drive to Red Rocks. 1-minute drive to restaurants, pubs, grocery and tons more. Private outside entrance with a keypad and private outdoor area. High speed fiber Wifi.

This main floor condo is the perfect spot for your visit to Golden and West Denver. The location can't be beat as we are just one Block away from Historic Golden, exactly south of the Wells Fargo Building at the corner of 14th & Jackson.
