Our charming, cozy library studio features a beautiful cherrywood Queen bed with cloud-like bedding and lots of plush pillows for cuddling or reading in bed. Cozy, peaceful, and feels like home. Wood fireplace, home theater living area w/ 65” TV, desk for remote work, microwave, fridge, bathroom with shower, plus in-unit washer and dryer. Your private entrance has a shaded patio for lounging, surrounded by a secluded, park-like backyard. Local wine or sparkling cider provided for you to enjoy.

Guest home located above the detached garage further back on our property. It sits on an acre where guests are free to use the yard, fire pit, barbecue & play equipment. The main home is also an Airbnb with only yard shared. It is a studio apartment with a private entrance to the property. The living and sleeping area, as well as the kitchen are all connected. Great walk in shower as well as full size deck for your relaxation and watching the beautiful sunsets we have here in the Tri-Cities.

The shady, fenced back yard is ideal for relaxing and outdoor dining, with a covered patio and patio table and chairs.

Escape to a newly renovated apartment centrally located in Richland! Enjoy the most luxurious shower you’ll find in Richland, with rainfall and massage showers heads! Watch your favorite shows in HD! NOTE: this is a basement walk-out apartment underneath our family’s living space. While we have gone to extensive lengths to eliminate sound transfer, you may still hear footsteps above (especially 7-9 am and 5-7 pm).

Master has a king bed, guest room 1 has a bunk bed with a twin over full, guest room 2 has a full/queen, and the secluded family room has a full sized pull out sofa bed. There is a lovely patio with a nice view of Candy Mountain. The kitchen and adjoining BBQ patio are a convenient space to relax and prepare a nice meal.
