Guest home located above the detached garage further back on our property. It sits on an acre where guests are free to use the yard, fire pit, barbecue & play equipment. The main home is also an Airbnb with only yard shared. It is a studio apartment with a private entrance to the property. The living and sleeping area, as well as the kitchen are all connected. Great walk in shower as well as full size deck for your relaxation and watching the beautiful sunsets we have here in the Tri-Cities.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located retreat! Within 3-miles of mall, shopping, dining, and top wineries. Relax in the luxurious, spacious shower, lounge in the comfortable king-sized bed, or be productive at your own work station. NOTE: this is a basement walk-out apartment underneath our family’s living space. While we have gone to extensive lengths to eliminate sound transfer, you may still hear occasional footsteps above (especially 7-9 am and 5-7 pm).

Enjoy the tranquility! The Grain Bin Inn is located 15 miles north of Pasco, WA on an organic farm, featuring over 300 different crop varieties, from asparagus to zinnias! Master has a king bed, guest room 1 has a bunk bed with a twin over full, guest room 2 has a full/queen, and the secluded family room has a full sized pull out sofa bed. There is a lovely patio with a nice view of Candy Mountain. The kitchen and adjoining BBQ patio are a convenient space to relax and prepare a nice meal.

The Desert Hideaway is a private, detached guesthouse in a quiet neighborhood. It is located five minutes from shopping in two directions and six minutes from the Columbia River (Howard Amon Park). The tri-cities are full of good food trucks and Richland has a long walking path along the river. The backyard is shared with the hosts.
