An architect designed self catered guesthouse with boutique cabin style accommodation for two. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway in the heart of Bradninch. Self contained detached building with private parking, large open planned space with kitchen, bathroom and small outdoor area. 7 minutes from Junction 28 M5 junction and 20 minutes from Exeter. Bradninch is a delightful Duchy Town in Mid Devon with easy access to the countryside and Exeter City centre. The town boasts two local pubs and the nearby National Trust attraction of Killerton House and Gardens.

Newly converted old stone barn sitting in the beautiful garden of a family home. Situated in a peaceful Somerset hamlet, close to the county town of Taunton. It is next door to a Domesday church, and the local pub is a five minute walk away. The property is about 1 mile from the Pontispool equine sports centre and 5 miles from Bishops Lydeard Station on the West Somerset Railway. Oake Manor golf club is about 1 mile away and Junction 26 of the M5 is roughly 3 miles.

The old workshop is less than a 10 minute walk from the Local Pub, The Staghunters Inn. There are amazing walks from the doorstep, a favourite being the walk to Lynmouth along the spectacular East Lyn river via the National Trust tearooms at Watersmeet - The perfect place to stop for coffee halfway! We had a lot of fun converting The Old Workshop into a warm, cosy space, using reclaimed wood and upcycling items such as old beer barrels and old pine furniture.
