Our comfortable king-size bedroom with own bathroom, in a separate area upstairs in our house, overlooks a lovely walled garden in the heart of one of the most beautiful villages in England. We also have an adjacent smaller twin bedroom which is available for the same group or perfect for families with children (aged 5 upwards). Both bedrooms share the same private bathroom. NB 2 night minimum stay over Easter We are perfectly placed to enjoy Constable country and the coast is nearby too.

Really easy to find and up a small track with huge amounts of greenery, trees and wonderful views. Very quiet location, perfect to rest up in. Amazing host who can't do enough for you, fantastic cooked breakfast and classic farmhouse style decor. Only 20 minutes from Ipswich. If you have any questions just ask!

In the Heart of Town, our Victorian house offers a comfortable, good value stay in friendly and quiet surroundings. No.6 is only 5/10 min walk from Coach/ Railway Station, market square/shops/theatre/Abbey gardens, shopping centre Arc and theatre Apex. The Private, cosy room, overlooking the back garden has a private bathroom (with shower, WC and basin)., WiFi, central heating, Free -View TV. Key safe access for late arrivals by front door. Orchard House is a large family home full of character providing bed and breakfast accommodation in the quiet village of Steeple Bumpstead. The nearest town, Haverhill, is 3 miles away while Cambridge and Stanstead airport are only a 30 minute drive away. 5 private bedrooms share 2 bathrooms, both with bath and separate shower. Use of lounge and kitchen including microwave and fridge. There is also a large sunny garden and patio for guests to use. Full breakfast provided in room rate.

Easy reach of Newmarket, Bury St Edmunds, Cambridge, Stansted Airport, Haverhill. Good local pubs/restaurants. Being located in a rural/countryside location, there are lovely walks and cycling routes enabling guests to enjoy the surrounding villages and local area. Pop can help with these outdoor pursuits aswell as any other interests in the local area.

Lovely Garden room

Our new Garden rooms are light and calming, backing onto fields.Deer, pheasants and barn owl’s can be seen most days.There is a patio at front and at the back where enjoy the view and also a BBQ available to cook your own food. We also have a Scandinavian BBQ HUT where our guests are welcome to spend a private evening.There is lots of wildlife to be seen here and deer in our woods. Shops are 10 min away but a nice pub/restaurant 4 minutes by car. The trundle bed is 6ft !

Red lion little barn

Enjoy a relaxing and restful stay in this beautifully converted little barn, located in the lovely Suffolk countryside on the Shotley peninsula near Woolverstone. Close to the rivers Orwell and Stour and surrounded by many splendid walking opportunities and restored in the grounds of the Red Lion, one of the loveliest restaurants in the area.

Maltings Loft is 10 miles from Bury St Edmunds and Diss just off the A143 in the Village of Hepworth. Our accommodation offers Bed and Breakfast with self serve continental breakfast. A microwave is provided for your convenience. There are no cooking facilities.The loft is an open plan living space with a bedroom and ensuite shower room.
