Molly's Cottage

The cottage is in a superb setting on a south facing hillside with panoramic views across miles of fine Yorkshire countryside. It is approximately two miles from the centre of vibrant Hebden Bridge where there is an excellent range of independent shops, restaurants, coffee bars, art décor cinema, theatre and markets. The cottage has been recently refurbished retaining many original features but with all the modern comforts inc a fully fitted kitchen, underfloor heating and a wood burning stove.

Beautiful 6 bedroom barn conversion surrounded by fields and woods with garden, patio and glorious rural views and self-contained room and en suite above the garage. The house has a lovely handmade kitchen and dining area with separate dining room, complete with full size suit of armour and double-sided gas-controlled fireplace to cozy lounge/reading room. The playroom/tv room, with views over fields and woods has direct access to the patio. Possible for guests to hire a hot tub (Idle Hot Tubs).

Built in our garden, this hideaway serves as accommodation for our large family to use when visiting. It has a large open plan kitchen/lounge diner with a sofa bed, one double bedroom, an office area, bathroom and a utility room housing the laundry facilities. It has underfloor heating and is double glazed. There is a dedicated parking space on our drive and a deck to sit on, in good weather.
