Self Checkin (door code). 5 min to LAX. 4 min to Westchester restaurants and shops. Upstairs studio apartment (in-laws suite) with a private entrance (not shared with anyone) and parking in driveway. King bed. TV has NETFLIX and AMAZON TV. Apartment has towels, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrushes, hairdryer, iron. We live downstairs and can provide anything else that you may need. The apartment does not have a kitchen but does have a small area with a microwave and a coffee machine (see pic).

Hello! Welcome to my cool, serene, sweet space! It is centrally located in a long standing, socioeconomically diverse neighborhood with a lovely sense of community. The studio is very close to so many venues that you never have to go too far to get to your destination! If you are looking for a peaceful private place to unwind after a busy day, then look no further! Here you will find a cozy little hideaway, just for you! It is for couples or singles only. It is too small for families.

Treetop Oasis with a Balcony and Mountain Views

This guest suite blends vintage furniture and artwork with a 70's-inspired decor. Original wood-paneled walls and countless potted plants complement the gorgeous mountain views and wildlife that can be seen from the windows and private balcony. NOTE: This unit is below our home with an active toddler & across the hall from our office. It can be noisy at times. We overlook horses, so you may hear occasional neighing. If you have allergies to animals, this space may not be best for you.

Perched on the 2nd floor, our place feels like a getaway in itself. Completely private with views of a well-manicured garden. Walking distance to The Mar Vista Farmer's Market, a pedestrian-friendly area on Venice Blvd. that features both casual and formal dining, coffee, gift, vintage record and clothing shops. Steps away from a bike lane to the beach. It features high ceilings, a newly built kitchenette, lovely courtyard, and parking. Centrally located to all of LA.

This is our uniquely built private guest suite located in the heart of Playa Del Rey and only 10 mins from LAX. Our bright and cozy suite is only 0.01 miles from the beach (less than 2 minutes walk). This suite is connected to our other unit but has its own private entrance. This suite has its own bathroom, kitchenette, and room and is designed as a 1bdr. It’s surrounded by local bars, restaurants, and Cafes. Only a 10 minute bike ride to Marina del Rey.

Bedroom +Den with private entrance and private bathroom. The unit has 1 queen bed in the bedroon and 1 pull out futon in the den. The bed is made and there are sheets. blankets, and pillows in the closet for the futon. Nice Neighborhood, 10 minutes from LAX, Walk to beach. Close access to Venice, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, and South Bay Beach Cities. Hair Dryer.

We have a beautiful private room with a private full bathroom, walk-in closet and a separate entrance. We are less than 10 min away from LAX and just over 1 mile away from the beach. We have an incredible location with restaurants and shops within walking distance. We also have plenty of street parking available right outside our place.
