It takes 15 min to drive to the City Centre & Edinburgh Airport, & a 12 min drive to Murrayfield stadium. Locally there’s 2 pubs, 2 restaurant & a Co-op.

The bus connection is excellent both to the airport (30 mins) and to the city centre (15-20 mins). Several supermarkets to choose from nearby. The area is very quiet - also a big park right in front of the house with lots of green areas.

Situated in the peaceful and leafy Colinton Village, we have an annex attached to our house for your stay with your own entrance. We feel it offers country views out to the Pentland hills yet we are easily accessible to the airport and centre of town. We have a double bedroom and small sitting room and private bathroom for your stay. Tea, coffee and toaster provided.

Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers who want a quiet space within easy reach of the city centre.The apartment comprises of a lounge with Sky t.v. ,a dining room with table and chairs, a fully equipped kitchen and a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room.

Comfortable, large single room in family home.

We live on the edge of the beautiful conservation village of Colinton. Although it is still known as a village, it is a suburb of Edinburgh and is a 30-minute journey by bus to the city centre. The room is very cosy and comfortable with a view to the back garden. There is a modern shower room next door. This is shared with 2 other people. The room has a double bed, a desk and chair, a built-in cupboard with lots of hanging space and a chest of drawers.

Charming Room in a Serene Edinburgh Neighbourhood

Room is located on the first floor in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. There is fresh bedding in the room to ensure a comfortable night sleep. The room boasts a view of the Edinburgh Zoo. Pentland hills can also be seen from the shared living room and shared kitchen (good for hiking and skiing). The place is a short walk to the tram, which you can take to get to Edinburgh city centre and airport in < 19 mins. Supermarket is also walking distance.

Lovely apartment close to city, garden & driveway

This is not a good choice of apartment if you are looking to go out, get drunk, play loud music and make a lot of noise. I have neighbours with young children so there is zero tolerance on parties, loud music, disturbing the neighbours or having guests in the property in addition to the those who booked (2 max.). I will be advised of these situations and will have no option but to end your stay and seek compensation.
