The house sleeps 8 people with 4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. Direct access off the rear terrace to the beach Every convenience available to you with an extremely well equipped kitchen. The property is equipped with televisions in the sitting room & master bedroom. Netflix/Prime available-you’ll need your login details to your accounts. All on ground floor: Living/dining room/kitchen with a double sofa bed. 1 double bedroom en-suite shower room & toilet. Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen & towels included. Travel cot & highchair available on request. Free view TV, electric cooker & microwave. Wi-Fi. Parking for 2 cars. No electric car charging.

THE BARN at Brookfield Farm, Walberton

The Barn can accommodate up to 8 guests plus baby. The Barn is a large period conversion set on the edge of our family farm near Walberton. It is ideal for families or friends sharing. Sorry-- No Parties, Hen/Stag Parties. Dogs welcome @ 25 pounds each. Max 2 small/medium dogs. There is a footpath close by. Suitable for families and as a base for exploring, shopping ,walking, cycling across the Southdowns/beaches staying inside by the log fire. The Barn is for holiday let purposes only.

Nestled in the heart of Arundel, Norton Cottage is situated a short walk from its historic Castle, Cathedral and old town centre with its boutique shops, bars and restaurants. A renovated Georgian cottage set over three floors providing accommodation for four guests. There are two bedrooms with king size beds and a beautiful bathroom. The ground floor contains the living area, complete with original wooden beams and a log burner to enjoy on colder nights, as well as a modern galley kitchen.

Cosy 1 bedroom cottage located in Halnaker, near Goodwood, West Sussex. Perfect for a romantic break, the cottage has views over looking the local vineyard. Ideal base for exploring the Southdown National Park, Goodwood Estate and just a 10 minute drive to the cathedral city of Chichester. Arundel and Petworth are a short drive away. The famous Halnaker windmill walk is nearby. Local pub the Anglesey Arms 5 minute walk. Please note that the cottage is not suitable for babies and children.

A comfortable and spacious family house suitable for all ages. The house is very child friendly with plenty of toys and games, and a ground floor bedroom for less mobile guests. The large garden is a real feature and just at the end of the drive is the lovely East Beach. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept bookings from ANY adult only groups such as Stag, Hen, party / celebrations due to recent complaints.
