House 564 is where mid-century modern meets rustic, resulting in a comfortable and fun environment. With mature gardens, easy paved access, a cozy firepit area, and an incredible mountain view makes this artist home a great place to unwind in the North Georgia Mountains. All three bedrooms have King-size beds, workspaces, and HDTV's. With 3 full bathrooms in the home, it makes a great place to share with friends. It is only 7-minutes to Clayton city center and 11-minutes to Tallulah Gorge.

Beautiful 4BR, 2BA lakefront home on Tainter Lake. Enjoy outdoor decks, a private dock with lake access, and a hot tub for unwinding. Ideal for a peaceful escape or fun-filled family vacation. NOTE: The lake gets green from algae bloom by Mid July, and swimming may be limited after that time, but boating and fishing remain great all year.
