Maritimus Excelsior is a new addition to luxury accommodation in Zakynthos. Newly constructed and finished to the highest standards the property has a number of outstanding feature: Property fronts directly on to sandy Alykes beach. Facilities include a swimming pool, pool deck, loungers, bbq area and gardens Quiet location, yet only a short stroll from the bars and restaurants in Alykes. Private secure parking, Wifi and satellite TV. Apartments are cleaned daily and owners are on hand and happy to help with any advice you need during your stay. Fully equipped kitchen, including washing facilities and Nespresso machine. The entire property sleeps up to 12 people on three floors.  However, it can also be let in two self-contained sections, with separate entrances: Ground floor suite contains one double en-suite room, one twin room and a sofa bed in the lounge/ kitchen area. (sleeps 5 comfortably) Upper floors suite contains three double bedrooms each with their own separate bathrooms. (sleeps 7 comfortably) Alykes is situated a short drive from Zakynthos Airport and is the perfect setting for a quiet getaway in the Ionian Islands. Alykes beach is a safe, shallow Blue Flag beach, with a range of watersports available a short distance down the beach from our property.  Whether you want to travel along the coast visiting hidden beaches and coves, enjoy the fine sea-food and wine of Zakynthos or Vollimes or even if you want to try the bars and clubs of Laganas or Argassi, Alykes is a perfect base to explore the beautiful island of Zakynthos. Daily boat trips leave from the pier beside Maritimus Excelsior for the world-famous Shipwreck Beach and Blue Caves.  We designed this property to create a holiday home that blends well with the natural landscape. Environmentally-friendly materials underpinned the construction and a selection of bright colours were used to reflect the colour of the sea and the Greek sun.  The name Maritimus is inspired by a native plant, the sea daffodil (Pancratium maritimum), a protected species which can be seen growing on Alykes beach.

VILLA DORA Traditional Ionian villa built at two levels, with balconies and yards, with a magnificent view of the town and the port. Ideally situated, uptown, private and quiet, yet only 500 m from town center on foot. Acess is easy by car and private parking for 2 vehicles is available. Elevator to second floor. Fully equipped, fully air-conditioned, allows guests to enjoy all comforts of contemporary living with the character and habits of an authentic Ionian lifestyle. A house to experience!

Spa Villa Skaloma

The charming and spacious Spa Villa Skaloma of 120sqm with large spaces and sunny lounge that is open to the south, is a luxury two-storey villa that can accommodate up to six people, in two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Villa, the combination of high ceilings with large tree trunks and large openings, allow a stunning view of the sea. “It's built in with the sea" as it is only 10 meters away from it and is located in the best part of the beach, under plane trees and near a small sea platform.

Country House Hortensia

Country House Hortensia is set in a fenced four-acre green estate. The stone residence is built on a hillside and its private beach is only 50 meters away from it. Outside there is a large barbeque that can meet the needs of every visitor. Up to 6 people can be accommodated inside the house. The large bedroom has a double size bed and in the living room there are 2 polyform sofas that can be used as beds. If someone wants to visit the nearby beaches or go fishing they can use our small boat.

Κοντά υπάρχει: Πιτσαρία, ψησταριές (le coq), ταβέρνες, φαρμακεία, σούπερ μάρκετ ανοιχτό μέχρι τις 23:00 το βράδυ, και τις Κυριακές, τουριστικό ωράριο, καταστήματα εκκλησία, πλαζ, κ.λ.π..

Quiet Little House on the Beach

Quiet little spot right on the beach ideal for a relaxing retreat. There's nothing quite like having the sea all to yourself. Perfect for couples and families. Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house. The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof! Gaia Beach House

Gaia apartment is located in Old Alykanas at Zakynthos island. Is right on the beach and offers a memorable stay in Zakynthos. Gaia is suitable for 4-5 persons, families or group of friends. It has two bedrooms, one living room, one bathroom, and a great sea view, only 14 km away from Zakynthos center. Also, it offers free wifi in all property and private free parking. It has a flat tv and a fully equipped kitchen. Zakynthos airport is 17 km away from the property.

Fifteen steps (literally) to the water. The tranquil waters of the serene east side of Lefkada in the Ionian Sea. On the top of the stairway, a three bedroom, two bathroom summer house, lying in a 1050 sq. m. lot of land in Perigiali Village.
