The Barbecue area can be used as a cooking and dining kitchen, fully equipped with electric cooker, barbecue, and a traditional built oven. The house is in a quiet place and is only 800 meters away from the beach.There is a long sandy beach arround. The beach of Kouroutas and the center of Kouroutas is only 1 km away.

Απέχει 5 km από το γραφικό Θέρμο. Είναι 22τ.μ. με εσωτερική σκάλα που πάει στο δωμάτιο (πατάρι 1,30ύψος) . Είναι όλα καινούργια πάτωμα στέγη και όλα από ξύλο και πέτρα. Μπάνιο καινούργιο όλα σε πολύ καλή ποιότητα.
