Each bedroom has a private entrance, 2 private bathrooms, 1 outdoor shower, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace with an outdoor sitting area overlooking the 500-square-meter fenced flower garden. The house is decorated with love and attention to detail, transforming it into a comfortable holiday house.

Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house. The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof! Lea's Apartment

The house is an independent and autonomous residence in a huge garden. It consists of a bathroom and a living room with a double bed. The Barbecue area can be used as a cooking and dining kitchen, fully equipped with electric cooker, barbecue, and a traditional built oven. The house is in a quiet place and is only 800 meters away from the beach.There is a long sandy beach arround. The beach of Kouroutas and the center of Kouroutas is only 1 km away.
