•La Casa Azul• Γνωστό ως το μπλε σπίτι του Αρκουδίου Ηλείας. Παρέχει ανυπέρβλητη θέα στο απέραντο γαλάζιο του Ιονίου Πελάγους. Απέχει μόλις ένα βήμα από την θάλασσα. Το σπίτι ξεχωρίζει για το μπλε βαθύ χρώμα του και την μοναδική του θέα προς το βράχο του Αρκουδίου, την ονομαζόμενη "Πέτρα του Κοκκώνη" {Kokkoni's Rock} και ταυτόχρονα στο ρομαντικό ηλιοβασίλεμα του Αρκουδίου. Quiet little spot right on the beach ideal for a relaxing retreat. There's nothing quite like having the sea all to yourself. Perfect for couples and families. Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house. The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof! Gaia Beach House

Gaia apartment is located in Old Alykanas at Zakynthos island. Is right on the beach and offers a memorable stay in Zakynthos. Gaia is suitable for 4-5 persons, families or group of friends. It has two bedrooms, one living room, one bathroom, and a great sea view, only 14 km away from Zakynthos center. Also, it offers free wifi in all property and private free parking. It has a flat tv and a fully equipped kitchen. Zakynthos airport is 17 km away from the property.
