On a the edge of a working farm, overlooking the Shenandoah River with incredible views of the Massanutten Mountain. Watch the sunrise with your coffee from your patio and spend the evenings watching the stars from your fire pit. Walk down the steps to what we call the Misty River Park where you will find a shared seating area with a few hammocks and a unique floating dock.

Located directly on Seneca Creek . 2 miles from popular Seneca Rocks. Each site is situated for optimal privacy. Each site has an individual solo stove and endless free firewood. Covered group gathering area Central Grill area, with a smoker, charcoal and gas grill and air fryer Tesla charging station with $ 10 per charge fee with advanced notice .

Lil' Sumpin is a totally unique Tiny House experience. A renovated travel trailer parked on a equally unique spot. We've added a bathroom, porch and deck. Fall asleep to the sounds of the nearby creek. Hang out at same creek the next day. Everything you need for a relaxing get away. We are right down the road from Herrington Manor and Swallow Falls State Parks. Deep Creek Lake is a short drive from here. Beautiful places to hike, bike and boat! We are close to town but you’d never know it!

The high end living extends to the private yard with pavilion where you can kick back and enjoy the views of the windmills on the mountainside.

Our 1970 Airstream has been renovated from the floor up with a reimagined, elevated interior design including kitchen, bath/shower, toilet, Wifi, AC and, Smart TV. While "Glamping", you'll rest well in a comfy bed with premium linens. Enjoy a private and beautiful outdoor living space under "tree-hung" bistro lights, by the fire (pit), taking in incredible mountain views at the edge of our generational apple orchard.

Rocky Hollow Paradise Campsite 1 on hill with view

Primitive camp site no 1 on Rocky Hollow Paradise Rd 7/10 of mile off of Jordan Run Rd. Bring your tent and spend time with nature. 4x4 or AWD are recommended. Road is dirt and a little rough and steep in places. NO Cell Service. Behind a locked gate. Up to 2 Dogs are welcome but must be on a leash when outside of tent. We provide some firewood. We are located 5 miles from entrance to forest rd 75 and 2 1/2 miles to entrance to forest rd 19.
