The Studio Somers

Once a beach shack, became an artist’s studio, then rescued as a comfortable home and holiday escape, close to the beach and Somers General Cafe. A wonderful place to sit and relax, walk on the beach or explore local wineries and farm produce. In order to safely manage the conditions brought with COVID (and maintain our low tariff) we introduced a 3 night minimum. We are now able to offer a 2 night stay but this is at a higher rate than a stay for 3 nights or more. Please enquire for the rate.

Lakehouse Estate is on 3 acres with private lake.

Lakehouse Estate is a newly completed home on 3 acres with private clear lake forming the centre piece. 4 of the 6 modern bedrooms each with ensuites over look the lake and face east so the sunrises are spectacular. If not a morning person simply hit the button and the auto block out blinds come down. The kitchen opens up to the lake across a large deck with BBQ. With your own mini beach, gym, large av room and separate kids room all will be entertained or escape and find your peace and quiet.

Private Beachfront Oasis

A quiet close knit neighbourhood, the property is a cosy retreat that soaks up the northern views with ample indoor cover for the cooler months. Groups of 4 people will be for the main house, 5+ people will be booking for the house+cottage.

The Barn Hideaway - Mornington Peninsula

The charm of a barn with all the comforts of a home & only a stones throw from the vast Mornington Peninsula attractions. "The Barn" is unique & charming, cozy & private. The large bedroom has a super comfy king-size bed, ensuite with large shower, fully equipped kitchen with Smeg appliances & laundry facilities & split heating/air-conditioning. Corvers Rest is a minimalist beach shack located on the clifftops overlooking Bass Strait. A place to rest and detach amongst wild natural surrounds. The shack provides the essence of an Australian beach shack with views across the ocean and hinterland. It trims back everything else. A string of ocean beaches nestled between coastal cliffs are within a short walk. Outdoor showers, fire pit and BBQ are all present.

And most brilliantly of all, you’re a 3 minute drive from Balnarring Beach.
