Welcome to “The Oasis Studio” our bijou little oasis in Broad Oak, Rye. The Oasis Studio is the perfect place to unwind and to take in the beauty of historic Rye and Camber Sands. We have created a tranquil and calm atmosphere to relax in. The Broad Oak Pub and The Red Lion are literally on our doorstep. Tibbs Farm is a short drive and offers scrumptious breakfasts and lunches. If longer stays required during the week please contact me directly so I can open up on my calendar for you to book.

The Cabin - a little ranch house. A peaceful haven

Located in the High Weald area of Kent which is an AONB, The Cabin at Valley View Farm is set in its own space amongst 16 acres of wood and grazing. It used to be an old hop pickers mobile home but has been lovingly restored to a modern, well presented “mini” haven. A fully self-contained cabin with open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area, UK king size bed in bedroom and a shower room and toilet. Ideal for a couple or two singles as a Z-bed can be provided. Private outside veranda with a fire pit

The Hideaway, a converted living van on our farm!

2 person Converted Living Van with a luxurious king sized bed, cozy log burner and well equiped kitchen. Nestled in the heart of the farm overlooking its own private pond, you can sit outside around the firepit and watch some of the most stunning sunsets. Within walking distance of Chapel Down Vineyard and a selection of beautiful country walks. A short drive to both historic towns of Tenterden and Rye and close to many NT properties. Come relax, unwind and enjoy in The Garden of England.

Hoots Treehouse is a picture-perfect, romantic, luxurious treehouse with all mod cons in an area of outstanding natural beauty - only 45 minutes south of M25. Clad in aromatic cedar wood, beautifully furnished - ideal private, woodland retreat for couples. Can also comfortably sleep up to 2 children (from 5 years) on single mattresses in loft area accessed by a ladder and hatch. NOT SUITABLE FOR 4 ADULTS. A wonderful place to chill-out and lose yourself - you won't want to leave! Sheer bliss!

1920s Showmans living wagon,experience times past.

Set in the sussex countryside our beautiful showman's wagon is now resting. She has spent many years looking after showman travelling around the countryside housing show folk and fair ground people. Her history and that of the travelling community is a magical fascinating part of history. It is a privilege for us to own and gives us pleasure to be able to share with anyone who would like to stay. The garden and surrounding countryside are part of the charm of our wagon in summer and winter.

Hare Farm Shepherd's Hut

The Shepherd's Hut is set in a village just outside Rye, in its own private idyll with far reaching views down the Brede valley. Fully equipped,it provides a taste of luxury camping in the heart of the Sussex countryside yet close to the beaches of Hastings and Camber.A fully fitted kitchen and wetroom are less than a minutes stroll away in the Sussex barn.Outside under a starry sky is the perfect spot for a BBQ,listening to the sounds of the countryside and glimpsing the owls hunt at dusk.

Secret and Secluded Sedlescombe Hideaway

The Cabin is hidden away, no passing traffic just the odd swooping bird or passing donkey, looking out onto paddocks and vineyards, for the ultimate stress free getaway, only the birds and trees for company. The cabin is fully functioning, has a fabulous log burning stove, set up for short or long stay, with a bespoke whisky shower tub, king size bed, wifi should you want it, fridge freezer, microwave and toaster, and towels. Wood fired hot tub is an additional charge. Payable at check in.

Romantic, Greatwood Shepherd's Hut on the 1066 way

Luxury Shepherd's Hut set in its's own large private garden with far reaching views over open countryside. Next to 1066 footpath and Great Battle Woods. Inside the hut is a double bed, TV/DVD player, kitchen area, fridge, bathroom with sink, toilet, shower and hand poured luxury toiletries. Also a heater to keep warm in winter. Multiple seating areas, with fire pit and sofa. Short 5 minute walk to local Golf club with restaurant and 10 min drive to Battle

Old Smock Windmill in rural Kent

Old Smock Mill is a romantic place for couples. The atmosphere inside is peaceful and relaxing. Everything is designed to unwind you from the moment you walk in. It is surrounded by the lovely Kent countryside where you can ramble and refresh yourselves by perhaps ending the day in one of the great pubs cosy by a log fire in Winter or in Summer in an English garden. Guests have said how hard it is to tear themselves away, it truly is a treasure to find.

The Stable Cottage on beautiful farm

The Stable Cottage is a delightful one bedroom cottage overlooking The Brede Valley to Winchelsea and the sea. Set on a working arable and sheep farm. Adjacent to the Woolroom Cottage and a term time only Nursery. Guests can enjoy lots of walks on the farm, plentiful bird life, including barn owls. The property is close to the historic town of Rye, Camber sands beach, Winchelsea beach, Battle Abbey and Bodiam Castle.

Located in a glorious, peaceful rural setting in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in the High Weald of East Sussex, our annex offers the perfect get-away for a relaxing, peaceful stay in beautiful countryside. Although situated in the depths of the countryside, we are only a 10 minute drive from the market town of Hailsham which has a good selection of shops and supermarkets (Waitrose, Tesco, Asda).

Valley View Cottage

We would like to welcome you to our detached cottage in the small village of Icklesham, between Hastings and Rye. With open countryside on the doorstep, there are plentiful walks including the 1066 Country Walk which runs long side the property. With comfortable space both inside and out, you can also just take it easy and enjoy the peace and tranquillity on offer.
