Our cozy home is newly constructed, well-appointed, and tastefully decorated, tucked in a private clearing with direct access to the Kingdom Trail network and VAST snowmobiling trails, minutes from Burke Mountain, and a short drive to Lake Willoughby. Just up the road from the village of East Burke, we are close to nearby amenities yet in a quiet hillside surrounded by nature, the perfect location for a weekend getaway, whether you are biking, skiing, hiking or exploring the Northeast Kingdom.

Tranquil waterfront retreat on a peaceful & private spring fed pond, this dog Friendly cottage has unique style, deck with grill & smokeless fire pit-wood provided-shady deck and rockers, lounge chairs and kayaks Full Murphy bed in living room with electric"wood" stove & queen bed in the loft. Miles of trails through 68 acres of forest and meadow lead to 300 state acre forest. Our modern home is just 8 miles to Jay Peak. We have long range mountain views, you can check if the tram is running and enjoy exquisite sunsets all from the couch. The loft upstairs has an open floor plan with a comfortable living space, bathroom and platform bed, where you can view Jay Peak conditions. We now have Starlink high speed internet. There are 8 private acres half woods half open meadow feel free to walk around the property and enjoy the quiet sounds of nature.

Relax and Enjoy Lake Willoughby Views

Come enjoy the Lake WIlloughby area where there is lots to do or just relax and enjoy the gorgeous view of the mountains and lake. The colors are spectacular in the Fall. The snow covered mountains are gorgeous in the winter. The views are captivating in every season. The spacious house is on a quiet dead end road. My place is good for couples, business travelers, and families. While relaxing in the Great room enjoy the ever changing views including wildlife.

Eco-Zen Retreat (Geothermal, Swimming pond)

CITQ Establishment #290533. Eco-friendly luxury retreat situated on a dead end road just outside the sleepy little town of Mansonville with private pond suitable for swimming. We use geothermal energy and have hydronic radiant heated floors with AC provided by a fan coil using chilled water. This system is extremely efficient and allows for maximum comfort throughout the home year-round for our guests :-).
