Industrial farmhouse studio apartment nestled in the hills of West Virginia. Located just 15 minutes to downtown Morgantown and 5 short minutes away from Coopers Rock State Forest. Spectacular landscape views from dusk to dawn and breathtaking star gazing on clear nights. Guests have their own private entrance to come and go as they please, a full kitchenette, large bathroom with walk-in shower, queen size bed, and an extra long single futon. Guests need to be at least 21 years of age book.

This ground level apartment is a 20 minute walk to downtown Morgantown as well as on the city bus line. The White park trails are a block away and it is near the Morgantown municipal ice rink. There are two grocery stores within a mile as well as a local tavern with amazing food and cold beer. ( one block away) The apartment is day bright and cozy at night. Queen bed. The Herrington Suite is a private-entry apartment located on the first floor of our historic carriage house. Your stay will bring you to Haley Farm, a 65-acre inn and retreat center located just minutes from the lake. It includes a kitchen, sitting area, bedroom and ensuite bath with a LARGE jetted tub and walk-in shower. It also has a balcony overlooking the pond and farm.

Located close to both hospitals, stadiums, and popular dining options. Quiet, ground level, Creekside condo. We encourage in stay communication to ensure the best stay possible. The deck is on the smaller side - It’s a 4x8 space on the backside of the building facing a creek. In the summer and fall it provides a quiet and peaceful place for coffee and relaxing.
