Located less than 5 minutes from Deep Creek Lake and perched among the foliage, our treehouse offers a panoramic perspective of the surrounding forest, granting its visitors an unparalleled vantage point to observe nature's wonders. Relax in the hot tub and take in an amazing sunset. The home is a harmonious blend of locally-crafted art and furniture to add rustic charm and modern comfort.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This home has a country setting but centrally located near two interstate highways. You will be able to travel just about anywhere in Morgantown in 20 min. Enjoy the large deck with hot tub. Grill out and play some corn hole. Inside you will find a beautiful kitchen, fireplace, and fully tiled shower. Our shower has two shower heads set at different heights, a bench, and shower hose. Our three bedrooms should be able to accommodate 6-8 guests.

Small home with a spacious deck and large open doors that make the indoor and outdoor space a single living area. Located in the heart of the Laurel Highlands. Wake up to chickens and horses in your own private cabin with a fenced in yard for your furry friends! 25 minutes from Morgantown or the Cheat River, this space is a great getaway from your every day routine. Relax in front of an outdoor fire, cozy up with a good book, or take a bird walk and enjoy some time away from it all. Fresh eggs from the homestead provided in the refrigerator will be the icing on the cake for breakfast.

This cabin in the woods features 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, which is close to Cheat Lake and the heart of Morgantown. This home is equipped with a full kitchen and has a front deck which includes a hot tub, fire pit, and outside dining area. There are many walking trails close by which include the Botanic Gardens and Coopers Rock State Park. It is a perfect location to be away from all the downtown hustle and bustle but still be a short drive from the football stadium for gamedays!

Almost everything in the house was custom made by the builder to add to the unique charm of the house. From the medieval doors with operable speak easy look throughs and the whiskey barrel cabinets, you don't want to miss putting this house on your travel bucket list.

Flanigan Farmhouse - Cozy, modern 3 bdr on 4 acres

Listen to the frogs sing in the springtime, pick raspberries and blackberries in July, peaches in August, and pears in September, watch birds from the porch swing, relax in the hammock, swap stories around the fire, and gaze up at a starry sky. Our farmhouse is on a quiet, beautiful corner of the Earth and we love being able to share it. It is private and bucolic, but a very short drive to amenities, adventure, and lots of gorgeous outdoor enjoyment.
