Capstone parade begins on the doorstep & winds around windy corner to capstone beach with footpaths for exploring the coast & nearby Victorian beaches & attractions.

Our cottage is in a fabulous harbour location right on the Quay and has recently featured on Channel 5's new show Holiday Homes in the Sun! We overlook the harbour beach; Tunnels beach and wedding venue are nearby. The rear courtyard hides a secret sunny garden complete with table and chairs perfect for Alfresco dining and a secluded hot tub. All bedrooms have water views either of the harbour or the Bristol Channel and our garden room has space for wet gear, boards and bikes! Dogs are welcome.

Perfectly located on the 'Tarka Trail', only a short walk from the town centre of Barnstaple. Great transport links when working in the area / commuting.

Bay View apartment has uninterrupted sea views. With a new kitchen, and flooring. We love the fact that you can sit and have a meal looking out to sea in all weathers,it is always changing Watching the RNLI life boats practice on a Sunday morning is interesting. The apartment is just a few yards away from a large park with play area for children, and an ideal for a walk. There is a very good pub just down the road and it is very easy to walk into the town itself. New Smart Tv

Harbour Beach is a delightful grade II listed house situated in one of the town’s most sought after locations. Sitting adjacent to the picturesque harbour just off the working quay and close to the pier, the property enjoys wonderful views over the harbour towards Hillsborough and across to the Bristol Channel and Welsh coastline. The house is a short stroll to various shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs. A little further on , you can visit Croyde and Woolacombe.
