This is a very cosy self contained annex, consisting of a double bedroom with ensuite. There is a kettle, mini fridge, toaster and microwave, but no other cooking facilities. Fresh croissants and home made jam included and brought to your door in the mornings on some days of the week. Do enquire. NB: There may be some disturbance from building work in the adjoining annex, but this is very intermittent and much of the time there is no noise at all. You may, though, be unlucky!

Look us up at Ecobnb . uk for a 3D tour of the space. Sheet is a quiet picturesque village, on the edge of Petersfield, and has several excellent pubs within an easy walk. Petersfield train station/town centre are 25 minutes walk. Bedales School, and Goodwood are within an easy drive.
