The Annexe is a comfortable, light & airy, completely s/c furnished building suitable for 2 people & built from oaks felled in our garden. The Annexe has a double bedroom, bathroom + bath & shower, living room, kitchenette & 2 sleeping platforms. Central heating & wifi, TV & secure parking. We are a 30 min walk from the station and buses and taxis are easily available. Nearest EV chargers available at Morrisons, Goldsworth Rd. Others 10mins from house, details on request.

This is a very cosy self contained annex, consisting of a double bedroom with ensuite. There is a kettle, mini fridge, toaster and microwave, but no other cooking facilities. Fresh croissants and home made jam included and brought to your door in the mornings on some days of the week. Do enquire. NB: There may be some disturbance from building work in the adjoining annex, but this is very intermittent and much of the time there is no noise at all. You may, though, be unlucky!

Heathrow Airport if just six miles away. 300 metres further down the lane is The Royal Air Force Memorial and below that, on National Trust grounds that skirts the River Thames is the Magna Carta Memorial. The Royal Holloway University is a ten minute stroll across the Village.

A separate, detached self contained cabin with private access, situated next to our home . Our cosy cabin has a cosy living area with sofa, a fully equipped kitchen area, separate bathroom with shower and a double bedroom with a 4ft double bed, wardrobe and drawers. Heating/air conditioning. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk provided. Driveway parking space available on request (driveway may not be suitable for large vehicles, however there is plenty of free on street parking)

Self Contained Cottage in Thames Ditton Village

Beautiful self contained 1 bedroom cottage in the grounds of one of Thames Ditton’s oldest properties. Superbly located next to the river with pubs, restaurants, coffee shops, and village stores close by. Thames Ditton is a pretty village located close to Hampton Court, Surbiton, and Kingston Upon Thames and 30 minutes by train to London Waterloo. Go Boat hire is a minutes walk and the slipway to the Thames is opposite the house if you have your own paddle board/canoe.
