Sunflower Cottage

Our dog friendly cottage has a large kitchen/living area and a separate bedroom with queen bed, ensuite and plenty of storage. The kitchen has a microwave and bench top oven. We are situated in a quiet street within a 10–15-minute walk to the CBD and New World supermarket. The cottage is also a 5-minute walk away from our picturesque riverside Warren Cole Walkway. The cottage is situated at the back of our house but separated by a large deck. Parking is right outside your door for convenience.

Across from the beach, with stunning views, all day sun & large outdoor deck, this is the perfect spot to just rest, & relax. Recently fully renovated throughout , including new kitchen & appliances , new bathroom, carpet , vinyl, & double glazing . The large master bedroom opens out to the fully fenced garden & cobbled courtyard. The second bedroom has a double bed & built in wardrobe. Open dining, lounge & deck area, its all here to watch the waves, cook the bbq & enjoythe sunsets.

The property has an outdoor dining area. There is excellent Starlink Wifi.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The kitchen includes crockery, cutlery, plenty of wine glasses, tea and coffee, a microwave, dishwasher and a portable induction hob for simple meals. The apartment is part of a split dwelling sitting beneath the main house and has its own private entrance, dedicated access, and no shared internal areas. It is peaceful and private, and guests will not be disturbed. The bedroom has a queen bed with quality linens.

We have one modern fully self contained apartment in Coastlands, Whakatane, we live above apartment which is at rear on ground floor. Only 400 metres walk to main beach access, good fishing with Surfcasting or Kontiki fishing or maybe take a stroll or relax and enjoy this lovely beach. 7 minutes drive to shopping, supermarket.
