Situated at the start of the Kauearanga Valley with numerous bush walks and river swimming nearby. Close to the rail trail for biking or into town for a coffee. Beautiful, modern house with expansive ocean views. Watch the sun rise, the moon rise and the magical rose coloured sunsets that reflect off of the south cliff face. Located directly in front of the council reserve and sand dunes. Set on a quiet cul de sac and toasty warm with a large heat pump for winter and outdoor shower in summer. Swim in the sea and then have a wine on one of the large deck spaces. So much to offer from this beachfront property.
