Kokako Lodge

Kokako Lodge is a compact self contained haven, with upcycled rustic decor. The lodge sits on our family property of 1 acre, it has established trees and gardens. Kokako lodge is a separate abode to the main house. It has a main bedroom with a queen sized bed and a mezzanine floor above the kitchen which has 2 single or a king size bed. The walls are adorned with local artists drawings and paintings. Kokako lodge is 5 minute drive from the city and close to the Wanganui river walk. A real treasure.

The Hideaway - a cosy calm oasis

A cosy, calm oasis set in a spacious garden of fruit trees. This sun filled pad is the perfect base to relax in, or from which to explore Whanganui. The Hideaway is part of the owner’s art studio complex with its own deck. Guests will be greeted by med sized dog! Only 5km from town, facilities include dbl bed, smart TV, fridge, m-wave, toaster, hotplate, washing machine, clothes rack. Tea, coffee, herbal teas and light breakfast provided. Off street parking in drive. Some pets ok if arranged.

This large brand new Penthouse apartment is stylishly presented with all the latest features and appliances you'd expect to see in an up market New York apartment. One King and one Queen size beds each with their own bathroom. Luxury bathrooms with underfloor heating, spacious scullery / laundry, stand alone Oven, double door Fridge freezer and dishdraws. Some supplies like Nespresso, milk, yoghurt, bread etc just to help you settle. Secure off street parking for 2 vehicles is also provided.

Free WIFI. Free cancellation up until the day before arrival. Generous, self serve continental breakfast with fresh farm eggs. Parking for multiple cars or trailers. Just 10min from vibrant and historic Whanganui. Close to SH3 and Paloma Gardens. We often accept same day bookings on request.

The Tiny Escape

Unwind from the demands of daily life & reconnect with nature! Surrounded by natives & nestled upon the hillside with expansive views overlooking our farm & the Valley below, this is a space to sit back & enjoy. Our Tiny House is off grid. It has double glazing, a mini fireplace, toilet with vanity in add-on bathroom off the deck, large porch area for dining and 2 outdoor baths for soaking in the views. Dogs allowed but outside only, a kennel is available Welcome to your Tiny Escape!

The Crib

Comfortable, semi-rural, within 4 minutes of town. Situated on a 3 acre block, this Airbnb is completely separate and offers privacy and convenience. It comes with a well equipped kitchen and breakfast is included. There is a smart Tv and Wifi. There is a locked garage available for storage of items such as bikes or small water craft. There is heaps of parking for trailers etc. Wake up and listen to the bird song - we hope you will love this place as much as we do!

Bella's Rest Guesthouse

Tuparipari Riverbank Retreat

Tuparipari Riverbank Retreat is perched on the banks of the Whanganui River amongst native trees and in a loved bird garden adorned with garden art. This retro studio apartment is complete with an en suite, kitchenette & private entrance. Your alternative entrance is via spiral stairway leads up to your laundry and a second toilet. This is a great retreat for couples, solo adventurers, or business travellers. The wifi is very fast (Gigabyte speed) and is unlimited.

Ideal location close to "everything"

Escape to Marton and relax with beautiful garden views. Unwind and disconnect. The unit is a private guesthouse situated on a working farm, which is fully self contained and 5 minutes drive from Marton town. Continental breakfast supplies provided. Private off street parking and own driveway. Includes heating/cooling, own kitchen and bathroom and queen size bed with linen. A porta cot can be added to the Airbnb if requested.
