Soak up the Sunset Beach House

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space, with amazing views of the sunset. Fully renovated in 2020 Cook a delicious meal in the well equipped kitchen, then dine on your choice of decks to soak up the rural or sea views. Just a 7 minute walk to the popular Castlecliff beach for a swim or take a stroll along the black sandy beach, call into the Citadel for a meal or drink on the way home. Ohakune is an hours drive to enjoy the great walks or skiing. 4 square and laundromat close by

Gum Tree Haven

Our place is close to the great Tongariro National Park. It includes Mt Ruapehu for skiing or snow boarding and tramping. Walk the world famous Tongariro Crossing and discover the cycle ways, kayak the Whanganui River and explore the 'Bridge to No Where'. Try trout fishing, a game of golf or visit the Waiouru Army Museum. Enjoy our cosy home with a wood fire whilst taking in the amazing mountain and rural views. Our place is good for couples and families (with kids) or small groups.

Tower House has breathtaking views overlooking Whanganui and the River. Sun filled with views from nearly every room. Perfect for families or friends. Or coming to Wanganui for work. Peaceful and private. A short walk to town. A deck that runs along the front of the house with plenty of seating. Four comfortable and well appointed bedrooms. 2 King beds 1 Californian which can convert to two king singles and 1 Queen. All beds are outfitted with premium linens ensuring a restful sleep

Kowhai Haven

Bring the whole family to this new home with beautiful views of the countryside and Mt Ruapehu. There is a cycleway directly outside, easy access to the 'Manawhero River' Walking Track and a 1 minute drive to either the centre of town or the base of Mount Ruapehu. The house offers an open plan living area flowing to a large mountain facing deck. Two bathrooms with a dedicated drying area, perfect for adventure filled weekends. Off street parking for up to 2 vehicles. Linen provided.

Southridge Chalet

An inviting space, this home has been completely refreshed to make your stay relaxing and comfortable. With high natural wood ceilings and lots of light, this architecturally designed chalet makes the most of the beauty of its natural surroundings. There is space for 7 guests and the location is handy to town and the Turoa ski field road. In cold weather snuggle up with plenty of throws, cushions and a warm fire. No parties allowed. Absolutely no pets allowed.

Casa Iti - Urban Bach

Relax and enjoy the beachy vibes in this retro flat. Peaceful and secluded, the flat has a dedicated workspace, spacious living area, full kitchen and private outdoor space. Situated in St John's Hill, a quick drive or easy walk into town and Virginia Lake with Castlecliff Beach (and it's famous burgers!) just 10 minutes away. Looking for a bigger space? Casa Nui next door sleeps six and can be booked in tandem with Casa Iti.

Tongariro Alpine Villa - with hot tub

This new home is the ideal place to relax after a day skiing, hiking or biking. There are 2 living areas that share a double sided gas fire. Perfect for apres ski or a romantic evening in. Enjoy the sunset from the front deck or the fully fenced outdoor area with BBQ, seating and loungers. Relax and enjoy the view of the mountain from the hot tub. The Mangawhero River and cycle way are a 1 minute walk.

Welcome to the Tī kōuka House! This warm, serene, spacious home is located in a quiet, friendly Ohakune neighborhood with stunning views of Mount Ruapehu. Like the local cabbage palm that it’s named after, this home is beautiful and accommodating in both the winter and summer months. In the warmer months, you’ll love exploring the bush trails and stunning mountain biking paths.

Built in 1961, this architecturally designed house is light and bright and provides a very peaceful, private and relaxing setting. You’ll enjoy comfortable and stylish furnishings inkeeping with the era of the house. It has great views over the Whanganui surrounds and a lovely outlook towards the hills.
