Close to beautiful walks & beaches, a 5 minute drive to Parua Bay village, 30 minutes from the CBD & within easy reach of Tutukaka Coast and Bay of Islands. Te Piringa Nui sleeps 8 and is the perfect weekend getaway or holiday retreat. The 4th bdrm is a downstairs suite with bathroom & kitchenette available for bookings of 5 adults or more.

Ganeden Eco Retreat is set overlooking valleys of native bush and pasture. Ganeden relies solely on solar power generation and is earth friendly. This retreat offers an experience in comfort & sustainability. You will be 5 to 15 km from some of NZ's great expansive white sandy beaches, stunning walks, cafes & outdoor pursuits. Your accommodation is half of the main house. It is completely closed off for your privacy with private access & outdoor deck. BBQ by request. Not suitable for children.

Garden Hill Cottage, Maungatapere

Modern cedar home in Dolphin Bay, Tutukaka with all the modern benefits including a separate self contained sleep out. Absolute water front with panoramic ocean views and access to the beach below for fishing, snorkeling, kayaking, exploring, or just sitting on the sand. Enjoy all day sun from the ocean facing decks and then retire to the courtyard in the evening for a BBQ while sitting in front of an open wood fire. Tutukaka's finest restaurants and bars only a 3 minute drive away

The Annex - self contained unit .

The Annex is on a small farmlet, 6 km south of Whangarei, with harbour views. It was a sleepout, built in the 1980's, separate, but next to the main house. It has two bedrooms. There is a double bed and two singles plus a day bed in the living area. The living/ dining area, has a wood fire. There is a small shower room and separate toilet. It is situated about 100 mtr off SH1, so there can be road noise. There are no streetlights and it can be very dark if you arrive after sundown.

Top House - unrivalled views and privacy

The Top House, so named because of its location, with 270 degree views, has unrivalled privacy, and it's own helipad. This recently renovated 3 bedroom house is located on 330 acres of private farmland. The house has been finished to a high standard, with excellent amenities, including hot tub with amazing views, outdoor dining and lounge spaces on 360 degree decks, WiFi, two TVs, heaps of parking, modern kitchen and luxury bathrooms, and comfortable stylish furniture throughout.

The Yurt Wai Rua

The Yurt at Wai Rua, west of Whangarei, is approximately 20 minutes drive from Kamo via Pipiwai Road. It is set in a beautiful tranquil farmland area beside a small lake, which is surrounded by native trees. Watch the native birds, ducks and pukekos whilst sitting on the deck. It has amazing rural views, including massive volcanic rocks. The yurt has a separate kitchen, with a small fridge and gas oven and 2hob burners. The bathroom has a hot water shower and composting toilet.

Self contained (attached to rest of house) own external access, bedroom, kitchen/ lounge, bathroom w shower & bath. Breakfast supplies: tea/coffee etc, organic seasonal fruit, homemade scones/jam/preserves. Unlimited WIFI. A large open plan living area with bi-folds and covered decks provide great indoor/outdoor flow and access to the views wherever you sit. For front row seats, the outdoor chairs are a great spot for morning coffee or end of day drinks. Linen is included in the tariffs

Perched above Staffa Bay on the stunning Tutukaka Coast, this 1970s Warwick Lee–designed home is a true Kiwi bach — full of character, cosy, and surrounded by native bush with sweeping views over Woolleys Bay. Nestled among nikau palms and birdlife, this peaceful treehouse-style retreat offers direct beach access via a private track (just 25 metres from the house to the sand). The magical Whale Bay Reserve is also just a 5-minute walk away.
