Stunning views of the estuary out the front and mountain ranges out the back with the added bonus of river access from the spacious back yard. Enjoy a morning cuppa or evening meal on the large rear patio overlooking the rear garden. Only a minutes walk to the local cafe, dairy, takeaways or the Estuary Bistro restaurant at the sports complex.

It’s 5 mins drive to Parua Bay Village which has a 4 Square and a couple of cafe’s and is 2 minutes walk to the PB Tavern.
