223 Waimaire is a quaint bach just 200m from one of the safest and most beautiful beaches in the Coromandel and only 3 hours from Auckland by car. Matarangi is a lovely destination which has access to walks and safe cycle paths through native forests next to the ocean. It has a small shopping centre and is only 20 minutes from either Whitianga or Coromandel town. It has a stunning 18 hole golf course 5 minutes away and there are 2 good restaurants, also between 5 and 10 minutes away. It is equally beautiful in summer, when swimming and watersports are appealing or winter, when it's much quieter and very cosy in front of the log fire.

One bedroom has queen sized bed with amazing sea views and second bedroom has a set of single bunks. Ideally suits 3 people but can accommodate 4. The kitchen is small but functional with a standard sized fridge/freezer, camp oven, air fryer & microwave.

The house is nestled on 4.5 acres of stunning gardens and native bush. The house consists of a 4 bedroom dwelling on the ground floor with an additional 2 bedrooms and an extra bathroom/toilet upstairs. "Kahukura" has ample parking for boats. The boat ramp is 1 kilometre away.
