The fully equipped house includes a chef’s kitchen, high-end finishes, local art, and a blend of modern/vintage charm, making for a truly memorable stay.

Rustic Retreat

Quiet, private, secluded home on 25 acres of forested land. The home was built from logs milled on site. Enjoy filtered spring water, natural light, stargazing, & views of the tops of Mount Baker and the Sisters on a clear day. Owls and Elk can be heard during the evening hours at certain times of the year. Heat is provided by a wood stove and 3 space heaters. Mount Baker is 1 hour away; Bellingham is 30 minutes. Well-behaved, house trained, and supervised pets are welcome with a per pet fee.

It is family friendly with a master bedroom that includes a queen bed, a second bedroom with bunk beds, and a pull out queen bed couch in the living room. Note: the property features a significant (about 60) stair steps to climb. As a result, it may be more challenging to enjoy for those experiencing ambulatory limitations.

Great couples get away: 760 sq ft cabin with a king bed, double head shower & cozy fireplace. Bunk beds (limited headroom on top bunk) & queen sofa bed make it possible for a max of 6 guests.
