We are a genuine working cattle ranch with plenty of land to explore and animals to visit with. We have a fish pond stocked for our guests to use, a great bbq and outdoor patio and multiple fire pits for cool evenings and beautiful sunsets. Enjoy a little peace and quiet out on the ranch. We are about 15miles outside Wheatland, Wyoming and excited to have you visit.

Hayfield Cabin 2, a place to get away from it all!

Just a few miles south of Fort Laramie, the Hayfield cabins are located on a 300 acre working ranch with private access to the Laramie River. If you like to fish or just enjoy nature it is a .4 mile walk to the river. We are located 2.5 miles west of Fort Laramie Natl. Park. In proximity to several historic sites, museums and recreational lakes. Just a day trip to visit Mt. Rushmore & Crazy Horse. This is a remote location and 4wheel drive may be necessary during extreme weather conditions.

Quiet, comfortable country get away

We have a quant little cabin/house here for you to enjoy some peace and quiet. It sits under some old cottonwood trees that offer just the right amount of shade to help keep you cool and comfortable. Fall is in the air. Not only are the sunrises and sunsets amazing, but weather is also very comfortable. So whether you are an earlier riser or an evening person you will enjoy. This cabin has 3 individual bedrooms, there is a queen, full and a twin beds, a bathroom with a shower, kitchen (with necessity for cooking) , pellet stove, heat, dining area, living room, ceiling fans, a porch over looking beautiful mountains. Our cabin provides you with comfort as well as a cozy

The Bunkhouse

So much more than a working cowboy’s living quarters. The Bunkhouse offers privacy in a park like setting. It has a mini-kitchenette in a studio style space. The bathroom has a remarkably cowboy/rustic sensation. The mini-kitchenette is stocked with a limited amount of commonly used every day provisions. Larger parties may wish to consider our other rental offering, The Guest Quarters, located just steps away.

Carl's House

This is a great cabin to get away but is still close to town. It is spacious and sleeps eight people. It has room to run as well as be close to restaurants, small town shopping, and a peaceful ranching life. There is grazing livestock on the property. a country setting with small town 2 miles away. This is the two top levels of the cabin. The basement apartment is a private residence of the owner.
