Built in 1872 as a boarding house for students and their guests, our hope is to provide a comfortable, authentic home stay in the heart of the University of the South (locally known as the College). Lil’ House is a cozy older home with beautiful hardwood floors that we guarantee will slope and roll but is part of the older home’s charm. The master bedroom has a king bed, and a double bed in bedroom 2. This house has a bonus room with a futon and a desk area, spacious kitchen and laundry room.

Located on the edge of Tracy City, a wonderful place for hiking trails, rock climbing and peaceful natural waterfalls. Only fifteen miles away from the Bluegrass underground. Less than one mile to Firey Gizzard Trail and six miles to Foster Falls and Denny cove. Great for a quiet getaway. Nice deck on the back, cute porch on front. Comes with a gas grill out back, Fire pit and large yard to relax in. If needing a ride to a concert at the Caverns please ask us about our rides availability.
