We are minutes away from beautiful hikes, waterholes , swimming and picnic spots .Our property is on a peninsula between a beautiful Estuary and a lovely surf beach . Famous Hot Water beach, and Cathedral Cove are thirty minutes away

Cooks Beach Studio Escape

Freshly renovated studio room, blonded timber, quality modern fit out and restful decor make this room a pleasure to reside in. Complete with kitchenette, located in the same space as bedroom (see pics) seperate bathroom across a small covered gangway and outdoor furniture on the rear of our reserve front property just a 2 min walk from the beach. Lil Hamptons

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Created with flair & love by its on-site hosts, offering the traveller a modern, luxury, self-contained option to busy motels/hotels ensuring a great nights sleep after a busy day. Centrally located, within a short walk to launch your kayak in one of the canals, or alternatively a short flat cycle or drive to gorgeous Buffalo beach, the town center with its assortment of cafes, restaurants, shops etc, only a couple of minutes commute.

Little Brookfield. Lovely accommodation in a tranquil private setting on the Pepe River, close to the Pepe bridge/walkway. Healthy, quality HRV home with filtered water system and double glazing. A private wing with it's own entrance. Has a queen AND a twin bedroom,(porta-cot available), both opening onto the covered deck with a river view outdoor furniture and bbq, a well appointed bathroom with separate toilet, and a laundry/ kitchenette. Cosy cabin overlooking orchard & native bush. Ideal as a base to explore the area or an overnight stay. Set on a small farm 15 minutes drive from Whitianga & Hot Water, Hahei or Cathedral Cove beaches. Our sunny cabin has a comfortable queen bed, en suite bathroom, covered deck & parking, set adjacent to our house. Tea, coffee and continental breakfast for your first morning are provided in the cabin. Please note due to limited space two people max (no additional infants).

The Lookout

The Lookout is a stand alone guest cabin located on an elevated private 10 acre property just 5 minutes drive to Cooks Beach. Situated next to regenerating bush, it offers views through to Mercury Bay Winery, the Purangi Estuary & beyond to Mercury Bay itself. Entirely self contained, The Lookout is lined with warm natural timbers and has a comfortable queen size bed. It also has a private deck area perfect for morning coffees, BBQs, stargazing and bird watching.

This is a Studio unit is at the rear of the property, You have your own private garden view. The studio is fitted with Air conditioning a microwave, jug, toaster, 32inch smart TV, fridge/freezer etc. FREE WIFI. The bathroom has toilet, basin with great shower and plenty of hot water. Enjoy beautiful bed linen and a very comfortable Queen bed. We are ten minutes walk to the local restaurants and cafes. With a private beach just steps away.

Awesome Lost Spring hot pools only 100m away. Take an easy short walk to beach, ferry and town centre. Hire electric bikes, go across the ferry and ride to Cooks beach and even Hahei. Hire kayaks and take a scenic row in the Estuary and waterways. Newly renovated, separate entrance to studio apartment. Own bathroom on suite. Studio attached to main house. Own small private deck with cooking facilities, with electric fry pan and BBQ.
