Homemade granola, coffee and creamer provided. All other food and beverages will need to bring. Pirate playground, community garden, duck pond.

Mother Goose Cabin

Located just minutes from the Mukilteo ferry and the charming sea town of Langley, our little organic hobby farm nestled beneath old evergreens offers convenient respite. Interact with sassy swan-like sebastopol geese (they love apples!) or a kaleidoscope of 50ish chickens, two roosters and our most recent additions: two brother goats named Frank and Petunia. Groomed trails lead to a 100 acre nature preserve managed by our neighbors The Whidbey Institute that we call the "100 Aker Wood".

Byrd's Nest Guesthouse

Byrd’s Nest is a retreat nestled among the trees. This custom-built guesthouse was completed in June 2025. It spans 360 sq. ft. and features a studio layout with a kitchen and bathroom. Surrounded by evergreen trees and approx. 30 feet from the main house, it offers a charming treehouse-like experience. The whole property is 6.6 acres at an elevation of over 200 ft. Views of Mount Baker, the North Cascade Mountain range, the Skagit Bay, and forest land can be seen from the guesthouse.

We recently connected the apartment to our local fiber optic network so there is excellent connectivity for work or play. We also added a level 2 EV charging station for EV car owners. The queen mattress in the bedroom is a new Saatva luxury mattress.

The Secret Cabin is on beautiful Whidbey Island just 5 minutes off the ferry and 3 miles from the seaside city of Langley. Set on almost 10 private acres with a pond, walking trails , fire pit, outdoor eating , BBQ and 2 Bikes to ride anywhere local you’d like. Wake up, enjoy your coffee on one of the two porches overlooking the sunrise or the evergreens. I’ll provide coffee, creamer and a few breakfast items to tide you over.

Come relax at our waterfront beach cabin located on the shores of West Beach. Enjoy unbelievable sunsets over the Salish Sea from the back deck with a view of the San Juan Islands to the right, Vancouver Island off in the distance, and the Olympic Peninsula to the left. Bring your furry companion to enjoy the scenary with! The cabin is very dog friendly, providing dog toys, bed, feeding bowls and even food!
