Hummingbird Cottage in Quiet Residential Arbor Heights

We are 20 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from downtown with easy access to the beaches at Alki and Lincoln Park. Your quiet backyard refuge is newly remodeled with everything you’ll need for a weekend or a month. We are just a half block from the bus stop and access to Seattle’s great transit system. Whether you’re here for Business, visiting family, or on holiday, Hummingbird cottage should fill the bill. You have off street parking and the entire space to yourself, with laundry facilities and a full kitchen at your disposal. If you need a highchair or pack-n-play crib for your little one just let us know. I’ll be here to greet you (unless you come in very late), in which case I’ll give you the code for our August Bluetooth lock to get in when you arrive. We’re only 50 feet away if you need us but will give you your space if you don’t. Arbor Heights is a tranquil neighborhood halfway between the airport and downtown, plus only a few minutes from grocery stores, restaurants. and parks with amazing views. Alki and Lincoln Park beaches are also easily accessible. Seattle is a good city to get around in by car but if you’re going downtown you might want to leave the car and catch the 21 bus to save the parking hassle and cost.

Two pairs of french doors open the living room up to the garden. Longfellow creek borders the property, beavers included, and a network of park trails as-well.

"The Trees House" 1 Bedroom Private Apartment

Welcome to The Trees House! This is a newly renovated, private, second-floor walk-up. Enjoy natural views from your private deck, where you can grill dinner on the propane grill or relax by the glow of the tabletop outdoor fire bowl. Inside, you'll find an exceptionally comfortable queen-size bed and a sofa that is very comfortable for one person to sleep on, and there are extra linens in the living room closet.
