Basic breakfast is supplied .The bathroom is compact with shower, heated towel rail & hairdryer.The studio has reverse cycle AC, internet, smart TV with Netflix. It is separate from the house and your privacy is ensured as a 1.8m fence divides the two. There is your own sitting area in front of the studio with BBQ.

Located at the rear of a 1903 heritage listed family home. Walk to the popular Wray Ave precinct, and 1800m from Fremantle Town Hall. Undercover private deck outside looking over garden. Self Contained Fremantle Studio

The studio is separate within the garden of my house located 5 mins drive or 15 mins walk from Fremantle cafes and 20 mins walk to the beach. It is a beautiful limestone studio with one main room and an en-suite bathroom plus its own courtyard. There is a queen size bed, wardrobe, small fridge, tea and coffee, microwave, table and chairs.
