Cozy spot for 4, plus your furry friend! (Must be 21 to check-in, no cats) Less than a mile from Attitash Mountain Resort, this spot is home base for your next adventure. IF YOUR DOG IS JOINING YOU, please provide advanced notice, a $25/night pet fee for the first 4 nights (max$100), that rabies vaccination records be provided at check in, and that your dog have access to a crate for times that you must leave him/her behind! Basecamp in the White mountains

This small cabin has been re-built with new pine paneled walls and ceiling, bunk beds, carpeting, electricity, a new Eco-outhouse!, solar shower and It is located at the edge of a field about 100 yards from our home. It is a perfect base camp for hikers 12 miles south of Franconia notch trail heads and Appalachian Trail crossing. The cabin is most often used by hikers who want a base camp near many of the most popular hiking trails near Franconia Notch. It is a peaceful and quiet place.

Newly built guesthouse above owner's garage with insane sunrises & great view. Property is located on 36 acres, owner lives on site in a separate house with her 3 dogs, 1 exceptionally lazy cat and 4 rogue chickens (they may all come visit you!). Grounds have ancient apple trees, loads of perennial gardens with more in progress, berries and an organic vegetable garden that we would love to share from if desired. The treehouse is abutted by 626 acres of Bucks Ledge Community Forest (7 miles of hiking/snowshoeing trails accessible from the treehouse).
