Cozy updated 1-bedroom apartment in a great area located just 15 minutes from Manhattan anyway that you travel. Home is equipped with a 46" LCD television, private bathroom, small back yard, full-size mattress, closet, dressers for clothing, free washer and dryer (detergent not provided), your own full kitchen and wireless internet. Bathroom will be setup for your stay with clean towels. There are many public transportation options, all of which are 15 minutes to New York City, Subway to Path, Bus and Ferry. Parking in Union City is optional, but is not recommended as it is not easy to find parking. Locally, Union City is rich with culture, there is a lot of Latin Cuisine and shops, as well as a bus to manhattan and the subway just 5 short blocks down on Bergenline Avenue. Walk just 3 short blocks to Boulevard East and you will find a breathtaking view of Manhattan for walks or strolls and as a treat, you can take the ferry to the financial district or 38th st where you can hop on one of their free buses. On Boulevard East, one can also take one of the frequently arriving buses to Manhattan. Charming guest apartment on our property on 1.5 acres in pastoral neighborhood, 7 minutes to Wilton center and 8 to Westport center. The cottage is a good size for 1-2 adults, can fit 3 people if one is a child. The unit is separate from our house, connected by a breezeway, above the garage. It is quaint and cozy. High end kitchen appliances include gas range, mini fridge, microwave and mini dishwasher. The bedroom has a queen bed. We have a twin air mattress for use in the living room.

Our apartment is located in the ground floor of the house, with a private entrance and a backyard that offers nature and privacy. We also Airbnb upstairs and we ask our guests to be respectful. Just a 10 minute walk to the Kensico Dam Plaza and its gorgeous views. Close to the bus stop, North White Plains Station and all major highways. A very convenient commute to NYC, centrally located in lower Westchester County, and close to all downtown White Plains has to offer.
