An open floor plan, the living room/kitchen have a comfortable sofa, a TV, a table for 5-6, refrigerator, sink, oven, microwave & Keurig. It is 12-15 minutes drive to Downtown ( Use Uber to take advantage of downtown Savannah's open container laws) and 10 minutes to the beach at Tybee Island. Our place is located on beautiful Wilmington Island, half way from Downtown and Tybee Island a GREAT LOCATION. The views are amazing marsh, creek, and Johnny Mercer Bridge. We are very close to local restaurants, arts culture, parks. This is a cottage/bungalow the ceilings are a little lower than normal.
